Honey Dijon Glazed Porky Pig

I cant fib on this; saw Alex Guarnaschelli make this on tv... looked ridiculous, tasted crazy wicked awesome.



See, the best part about putting dijon, honey and herbs on something in the oven is the crust it develops... make you slap yourself to make sure you're still awake.

Don't forget to sear!
