Favas with tarragon pesto
Summer's here, and that means fava beans are gonna be badass. Katie and I went to the Farmers Market in SF a little while back and we were very happy to see these little guys....
To accompany the beans we grabbed some asparagus and peas. And, in an inspired act of adventure we whipped up a tarragon pesto with a little squeeze of lemon.
